Can I come to you?

No sorry, we operate only online with shipping options directly to yourt door.

Where are you located?

We are based in Melbourne, but we do not have a physical store we are purely an online shop. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship our plants to all parts of Australia exclusding Tassie and WA due to quarantine restrictions laws in those states. 

 

How and when will my plants be posted?

Each week we ship out our plants in protected plant boxes designed to ensure your plants arrive unharmed and ready for you to love.

Postage normally takes 1 to 7 working days depending on where you are located. We normally will ship every Tuesday and Friday.

After ordering you will receive an email with your tracking number so you will know when to expect your plants.


Is the plant in the photo the one I will receive?

Probably not. So, we aim to have two photos on the plants that we list. The first is a photo of a mature plant that is there to inspire you and give you an idea of how the plant will grow. The second is a general sample of the plant as right now. But please be assured that we try an update these images regularly and you will receive the absolute best and similar plant to the one shown as possible.

 
Do you offer refunds?

If you have purchased one of plants and we have made a mistake on our end, such as posting to a different address as that in which was provided or we have shiped the wrong plant, then of course we will offer a full refund including the shipping charge.

However, we do not offer a refund for a change of mind or a perceived difference in the plant delivered and the one product photo. Likewise, we will not refund any plant that dies or is damaged once it is in your care. Plants are perishable by nature and will need to be cared for by you once you receive them. We will always ensure our customers only get extremely healthy plants but after delivery the responsibility is solely on you to keep them alive and happy.

That all said, we do not want people to be unhappy with their plants. Please if anything is wrong then please reach out to us as we are here to help and more than anything, we want all our customers to have a positive shopping experience with us.
